Condolence From: Dianne Morgan Thompson
Condolence: Dear family, I met Anne when I left Arabi after the seventh grade to go to Cordele for the eighth thru twelveth grade. I was honored to meet her with three more people that became a close group of friends. I even had Anne in my wedding party with three other friends after graduation. Over the years with so many different directions we five stayed friends and deeply loved one another unconditionally. We got to share many meals with each other and after Anne moved to Fla. she wanted the five to come visit her. Little did we know that the time to make our plans to visit was going to be our “good-bye” to our precious Anne. We knew our life-long friendship with each other deserved to show what she meant to us and for that time we had will be forever pressed in my heart and mind. Anne was the “go to” friend that could be counted on no matter what the problem was. She had so much compassion and love in her heart. She was a great person and to call her my friend was a joy to hold forever. Rest In Peace until we meet again my friend. Love and Sympathy Dianne M Thompson

Condolence From: Sally Wiley Landress
Condolence: Anne was my first childhood friend and we spent so many good times together until my family moved to Claxton. After that we visited each other in the summers via the Greyhound bus. When I would go back to Cordele to visit my grandparents I always wanted to stay at her house. My deepest sympathy to the family and Gwen. So glad she was able to live the beach life for the last several years. 😢💐🌴🌞
