The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bennie Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Though I know that this is a difficult time for your family, my hope is that you will be comforted from God's inspired word, the Bible. John 5 : 28, 29 and Revelation 21: 3, 4 offer us the hope of a future resurrection and the complete elimination of death, pain and mourning. Under Jesus' kingdom rule, we have this and much more to look forward to. Please accept my deepest condolences.

Condolence: We love Bennie. He was so generous and thoughtful. He always gave gifts to others expecting nothing in return. He once gave me a quarter with my birth year. My first memory of Bennie was when I was a kid and he had bought me a small, snap top, change purse. I still have it. He always had a story or a joke and loved to tell it and make people laugh. Uncle Ivines, we love you.
