Harold Walter Moore, Jr., 69, of Cordele died Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at his residence. There was no service.

Mr. Moore was born in Charleston, W.V. to the late Harold Walter Moore, Sr. and the late Charlotte Marie Maddox Moore. He worked as a sandblaster on dams. He is preceded in death by his sister, Patty Kenney.

He is survived by his wife: Gladys Janette Oland Moore of Cordele; his children: Fred Moore and his wife Patricia of Cordele; Walt Moore, III and his wife Billie of Maryland, Bobbie Moore of Cordele, Paula Moore of West Virginia and Mandy Vanmetter and her husband Chad of West Virginia; his siblings: Alan Moore and his wife Janet, Gloria Ramsey and Kay Williams and her husband Elmer all of West Virginia; his six grandchildren: Davey, Ashley, Eric, Jenna, Alieyn and Fred Jr.; and five great-grandchildren.
