Obituary for Sammy Fuller



CORDELE - Funeral Services for Sammy Fuller, 65, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018 at the chapel of Hughes and Wright Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 19, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sandy Mount Cemetery.

Mr. Fuller passed away Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018 at Crisp Regional Hospital. He was a native of Union, SC. and the son of the late Sam Earl Fuller and the late Agnes Rebecca Sinclair Fuller. He was a member of Hatley Baptist Church. Mr. Fuller was a painter with Cordele Metal Works. He was a veteran serving in the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife: Martha Fuller of Cordele; son: Allen (Donna) Fuller of Cordele, Ga.; daughters: Samantha Fuller (Matt Beard) of Cordele, Ga., and April Sherbert of Union, SC, brothers Pete Fuller of Ridgeway, SC and Tommy (Trisha) Fuller of Union, SC, sisters; Brenda (Tommy) Mowdy of Union, SC and Wanda (Wayne) Fowler of Jonesville, SC.; grandchildren: Kami Fuller, Drew Fuller, Haylee Beard, Jasmine Sherbert, Jace Sherbert and Rebecca Sherbert.
