Obituary for Thelma Lee Allen (Bennett)
VIENNA – Thelma Lee Allen, 62, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at her residence. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, seating is limited, masks are required, social distancing should be maintained.
Mrs. Allen was born in Baltimore, Md. to the late Leroy and Mary Kolajewski Bennett. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She is survived by her husband: Robert L. Allen of Vienna; her children: Anthony Gibeck of Cordele, Robert L. Allen, Jr., and his wife Kadee of Byron, Jonathan Allen and his wife Katie, and Camden Allen all of Vienna; Mary Grebos of Cordele, Jennifer Gibeck and Caitlin Gibeck both of Vienna; her siblings: Leroy Bennett, Jr. of Virgina, Victoria McDaniels of Washington DC, Joann Merrit of West Virginia and Margaret Frye of Maryland; her 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
