I JUST CAN'T GRASP THAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY GONE. I WASN'T PREPARED TOO LET YOU GO, EVEN THO I KNEW YOU WERE SLIPPING AWAY LONG BEFORE THAT FINAL DAY. THIS WASN'T IN OUR PLANS. WE AGREED TO BE IN THE SAME NURSING HOME, SO WE COULD GIVE OUR KIDS AND THE STAFF A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY. I KNOW YOU ARE FINALLY AT PEACE, BUT YOU SURE LEFT A HOLE IN THIS HEART. IF WE COULD HAVE ONE MORE CONVERSATION, BUT THEN I WOULD ONLY WANT MORE. MISSING YOU MORE THAN SOMETIMES MY HEART CAN STAND.

Dear family,
Please accept my condolences regarding the passing of your loved one. The pain that results from the death of a loved one can be intense and unbearable. However, I want you to know that our Heavenly Father, Jehovah, understands your sorrow and that I certainly have heartfelt empathy for you and yours. Right now, I know your spirits are low because of this difficult time. However, take heart! In God’s Word, the Bible (Acts 24:15), He assures us that ALL of our loved ones, who are now sleeping in death, will be resurrected in the future. God’s Word NEVER FAILS! This is wonderful NEWS…news of which I hope will lessen some of the grief that you are feeling right now. For more good information regarding God's PROMISES, I invite you to visit JW.org

She was my 5th grade social studies teacher. I always loved her. She was always so fun! Praying for the friends and family.

I was in Mrs. Barker’s 5th grade Social Studies class in the 2001-2002 school year. She helped us navigate through the 9-11 tragedy and also helped make learning really interesting & fun. I am sorry for your family’s loss. May God bless and guide you through it.
