Obituary for Roy Dillard Coker Jr.
CORDELE – Roy Dillard Coker, Jr., 64, passed away Monday afternoon, Jan. 25, 2021at Crisp Regional Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021 at Pinecrest Baptist Church.
Mr. Coker was born in Americus, Georgia to the late Roy Dillard Coker, Sr. and Rosemary Ryan Coker. He was a self-employed yard maintenance man and member of Pinecrest Baptist Church. He had served in the National Guard for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Jane Coker of Cordele; his mother: Rosemary Coker of Kentucky; his siblings: Horace Coker and Gloria Williams both of Cordele, Ruby Parker of Kentucky, and Christina Longhorn of Manchester, Ga.; his sisters-in-law: Lena Hobgood and Barbara Castille; his brother-in-law: Henry Grimsley; and a number of nieces and nephews.
