Obituary for Janice Elaine Nipper
Janice Elaine Nipper, 63, passed away Friday morning, March 22, 2019 at her son’s residence. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March, 31, 2019. The family will receive friends before the service beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
She was born in Ashburn, Ga. to John L. Tomlinson and Laura Sue Whittle Tomlinson. She is the widow of Ernest Leon Nipper and is also preceded in death by her two siblings; Marsha DeLoach and Gene Tomlinson, as well as her granddaughter: Lydia Elaine Nipper. She loved her husband and grandchildren immensely. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her sons: Kane (Amanda) Nipper and Clayton (Jennifer) Nipper all of Cordele; her siblings: Bruce Tomlinson of Albany, J.T. (Janet) Tomlinson of Ashburn, and Gloria Gibson of Cordele; and five grandchildren: Bella Nipper, Tessa Nipper, Logan Nipper, Rayne Nipper, and Charlie Nipper all of Cordele.
