Cordele – David Clinton Nipper, 52, passed away Monday afternoon, Feb. 15, 2021, at Crisp Regional Hospital. Graveside Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021, at Cedar Creek Cemetery in Crisp County. Mr. Nipper was born in Cordele, Georgia to Billy Murrell and Malissi Ann Atkins Nipper. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, seating is limited, masks are required, social distancing should be maintained.
He is survived by his parents: Billy M. Nipper and Ann A. Nipper of Cordele, Ga.; his sister: Donna Welsh and her husband Shawn; his niece: Jessica Stuckey; and his nephews: Johnathan Stuckey and Zachary Welsh.
