Condolence: My condolence to you, for your loss. my heart goes out to you. I’m praying for strength beyond normal, to comfort you and your family. God does Not cause death right now. "Time and unforeseen occurrences befall all." Ecclesiastes 9:11. Remember," Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,on Earth, as it is in Heaven." Matthew 6:10; Daniel 2:44. You see it is a government that Jesus soon will rule as King. It will bring no more pain, no more sickness, no more sorrow, no more tears, no more death. Revelation 21:3-5. The dead will live again, here on Earth. Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:11, 29; Isaiah 26:19. Make sure you look up all the scripture, to see this is all true. There is more. Condolence: Ken’s passing is really hitting me hard and is leaving me at a loss for words. It’s been at least 30 years since I’ve seen Ken. We were really close from somewhere around the 5th through 8th or 9th grades, but then we unfortunately drifted apart a bit in high school and then completely lost touch after that. I did however get reports from time to time over the years from my father who talked to Ken through their work.

But those younger years we spent together were unforgettable. Ken and Scott lived with their parents in what seemed to a city boy to be a fabulous home out in the country. How could a boy be any luckier than to have a creek in his backyard (was it Gum Creek, I think?) that we could fish in. Or there was the time we tried unsuccessfully to paddle it in a canoe to Lake Blackshear. And there was unbelievable dirt road he lived on and the motorcycles in the carport that we were allowed to ride up and down that road for hours at a time! I spent many days and nights at his house, and Mr. Don and Miss Carolyn always treated me like one of their own. I have vivid memories of Mr. Don driving us around in his old Volkswagon, and I was even in with him when he proudly rolled its odometer over 100,000 miles! I have memories of him taking Ken and me to the shooting range and of him playing his mandolin while Ken was learning the guitar. Those were wonderful times! I have to believe Ken looked on them just as fondly as I did. At least I hope he did.

Condolence: Dear Carolyn & family,
We are deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Spanky’s sudden passing. It is inconceivable that he was called so soon to his maker.
He was such a great guy. As a co-worker and technician at H.WEST he was amazing and without equal. His cheerful nature always lightened even the hardest jobs. We learned so much from his example in the field and his contributions to the beginning of our company are not forgotten. We worked shoulder to shoulder for so many years. His expertise was well respected and is surely going to be missed by his many customers.
We had such great times fishing off Catalina Island. The boat trips were always an adventure amplified by his laughter and fishing prowess. He loved riding his Harley to far flung places.
Your grief is unimaginable. We are blessed to have had him in our lives.
With great respect,
The entire H. West family and co-workers.
