Cecil Williams died Monday night, July 18, 2016 at Crisp Regional Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Mr. Williams was born in Cordele, Ga. to the late John Francis Williams and the late Rosa Irene Chaney. Mr. Williams was a retired manager for White’s Tire Company. He served his country by serving during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his sons: Nick (Dana) Williams of Liberty, N.C. and Jason Williams of Winston-Salem, N.C.; his siblings: Ray (Robbie) Williams of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Faye (Bo) Presley and Frankie White all of Cordele; and three grandchildren.
